You are a meticulous, organized person who is keen to offer a clean and welcoming environment to customers? We are looking for a dynamic and committed room attendant to join our team. In this essential role, you will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our guests by ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and impeccable presentation of the rooms.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent physical condition
- Flexibility regarding new procedures to follow and tasks to accomplish
- Follow and respect the Hotel's directives and standards
- Attention to detail
- Autonomous
- Able to work in a team and demonstrate mutual assistance
- Good attitude
- Interpersonal skills
- Show initiative
Responsibilities
- Perform room maintenance (change bedding and make beds)
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, rugs, curtains, and upholstered furniture
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and sanitary facilities
- Remove trash, check the condition of furniture and equipment, replenish amenities, etc.
- Report irregularities concerning the condition of the rooms
- All other related tasks
