About The Position
This is a full-time or part-time night shift position at a convenience store. The role involves assisting the manager with administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, managing the cash register, and maintaining the store's appearance and product stock. Requirements
- Smiling demeanor.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry merchandise up to 12 kg (25 lb) without assistance.
- Must speak French.
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks and making bank deposits.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing a welcoming, fast, and accurate service.
- Process transactions and balance the cash register.
- Authorize and monitor gas pumps (if applicable).
- Participate in optimizing sales and store profitability.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, perform facing, and label products.
- Handle coffee, certain food items, and pastry replenishment (if applicable).
- Ensure the store is clean and attractive.
