About The Position

We are looking for a Night Customer Service Attendant to join our team. This role involves assisting the manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and attractive. Requirements

Smiling individuals.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to regularly lift and carry merchandise, frequently and without assistance, as needed. Merchandise weight can vary up to 12 kg (25 lb).
Must speak French.

Responsibilities

Assist the manager and assistant manager with administrative tasks and make bank deposits.
Exceed customer expectations by welcoming them and providing fast and accurate service.
Process transactions and ensure cash register balancing.
Authorize and monitor gas pumps (if applicable).
Participate in optimizing sales and store profitability.
Stock shelves, rotate products, perform facing, and label products.
Handle coffee and certain food and pastry supplies (if applicable).
Ensure the store is clean and attractive.
