As an order picker, your main function will be to assemble merchandise ordered by stores and place it on pallets so that it can be delivered to them within the required deadlines.
Requirements
- Be in good physical shape
- Be able to lift crates from 10 to 70 pounds (5 to 32kg)
- Speak French or English
- Able to work in the cold
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical labor or warehouse work is required
- Available to work on weekends
- Comfortable working in a cold and frozen environment (from 4°C to - 28°C)
Nice To Haves
- Drive an electric pallet truck (7-day training offered internally)
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders (food and alcoholic products)
- Assemble orders according to instructions transmitted by a voice recognition system (WMS system)
- Handle crates, whose weight varies from 5 to 32 kg (10 to 70 pounds)
- Work in a cool and frozen environment (from 4°C to - 28°C)
- Handle food and alcoholic products
