About The Position

INPUT is a global communications agency specializing in crypto, fintech and emerging technology. We partner with some of the industry's most innovative companies, helping them build credibility, secure top-tier media coverage and grow their global presence. We're looking for a US-based PR Manager to lead client accounts across crypto, fintech and emerging technology. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is confident managing relationships with founders and senior stakeholders, while driving strategic communications campaigns and securing meaningful media coverage. You'll own a portfolio of approximately 4-5 clients, acting as their trusted PR partner while working closely with our internal team to deliver outstanding results.

Requirements

4+ years of public relations experience, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior stakeholders.
Strong relationships with US journalists across business, finance, technology and crypto media.
Demonstrated success securing coverage in top-tier publications.
Experience working with crypto, fintech or emerging technology clients.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Highly organized with exceptional project and account management skills.
Comfortable working remotely within an international team.
A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for building long-term client and media relationships.

Nice To Haves

Existing relationships with reporters across outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, The Block, WSJ, etc.
Experience leading executive profiling and thought leadership campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 4-5 client accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact.
Build trusted relationships with founders, executives and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
Lead client calls, present campaign updates and provide strategic communications counsel.
Build, maintain and leverage relationships with US business, finance, technology and crypto journalists.
Identify proactive media opportunities, newsjacking moments and thought leadership angles.
Write compelling pitches, press releases, media alerts and briefing materials.
Secure interviews, features, contributed articles and top-tier media coverage.
Collaborate with internal content, social media and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, media coverage and industry trends, providing clients with strategic recommendations and reporting.
