About The Position

Lucien Pagès Communication is a public relations agency with a portfolio of high-profile luxury brands as well as young, up-and-coming fashion and luxury labels that have become industry references. The Fashion Intern will support the team across the agency’s fashion clients, working closely with both the New York office and Paris headquarters.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate, ideally with previous internship experience in fashion, PR, communications or a related field
Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry, editorial media and contemporary culture
Familiarity with key US and international fashion publications, editors, stylists and industry figures
Highly motivated, proactive, organized and detail-oriented, with an excellent sense of priorities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and writing skills
Professional, reliable and comfortable communicating with clients, editors, stylists and other industry contacts
Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Launchmetrics and other PR monitoring and reporting platforms is a plus
Previous experience with sample management and trafficking is a plus
French language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Support the New York team with the day-to-day management of the agency’s fashion clients across press, VIP and communications activities
Assist with communication and coordination with client teams in the US and internationally
Support press outreach and follow-ups with US editors, stylists, contributors and other key industry contacts
Assist with sample trafficking, including managing sample requests, coordinating deliveries and returns, and ensuring accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing samples
Support the organization and maintenance of the showroom, collections and sample racks
Assist with editorial and VIP requests, including preparing selections, coordinating send-outs and monitoring placements
Conduct research and propose relevant editors, stylists, VIPs, influencers and industry profiles for specific client projects and initiatives
Support the preparation and execution of press appointments, collection previews, showroom visits and Fashion Week activities
Assist with the organization and on-site execution of key events, including fashion shows, presentations, dinners, cocktails and launch events
Maintain and update press lists, contact databases, calendars, RSVP lists and other internal working documents
Monitor and track press coverage across print, digital and social media
Support the preparation of press reviews, coverage reports, event reports and client presentations
Conduct ongoing industry monitoring across fashion, media, competitors, emerging talent, cultural trends and relevant digital platforms
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the New York team as needed
