Role Overview The PR & Communications Director, Americas will be responsible for building, elevating and protecting the company’s brand reputation across the U.S. and the broader Americas region, with a strong focus on the U.S. as a strategic growth market. This is a high-impact, externally facing leadership role, designed for a well-connected communications expert with a proven track record in premium/luxury brands, ideally within health, wellness, longevity, or lifestyle sectors. This role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s perception as a leading global authority in health optimization and longevity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in PR, Communications, or Brand Communications leadership roles
  • Proven experience in: Luxury hospitality, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands Preferably proactive health, longevity, or performance-driven brands
  • Demonstrated success driving high-impact earned media and brand visibility
  • Established personal relationships with: Top-tier media editors and journalists Leading podcast hosts and platforms Influencers and KOLs in health, wellness, and lifestyle
  • Strong access to the U.S. media ecosystem and cultural tastemakers
  • Strategic storyteller with strong editorial judgment
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. media landscape and trends
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong partnership-building mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and execution-focused

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the PR & Communications strategy for the Americas, aligned with global brand objectives
  • Position the company as a category-defining leader in longevity and proactive health
  • Lead storytelling across key verticals: Longevity & preventive medicine Executive health & performance Women’s health & hormonal optimization Regenerative therapies & advanced diagnostics Lifestyle transformation & healthspan
  • Own and grow relationships with top-tier media outlets
  • Secure high-impact coverage, features, profiles, and expert placements
  • Actively manage media pipeline, ensuring consistent top-tier visibility
  • Leverage and expand a strong network of: Editors, journalists, and producers Top-tier podcast hosts and platforms KOLs in health, longevity, biohacking, performance, and luxury lifestyle
  • Identify and activate ambassadors and credible voices aligned with the company’s positioning
  • Drive participation of internal experts in high-authority conversations and platforms
  • Develop strategic partnerships with: Leading health & wellness brands Longevity platforms and communities Premium/luxury lifestyle brands Corporate and executive networks
  • Structure collaborations that generate: Visibility Credibility Qualified demand
  • Lead PR-driven events across key feeder cities (NYC, Miami, LA, Mexico City, Vancouver, Toronto, etc.)
  • Support flagship global moments
  • Ensure presence in relevant high-level ecosystems (private clubs, curated communities, industry events)
  • Position founders, executives, and medical experts as: Global authorities in health optimization and longevity
  • Secure speaking opportunities, interviews, and editorial placements
  • Shape narratives that reinforce scientific credibility and aspirational lifestyle positioning
  • Act as guardian of brand reputation in the region
  • Develop and implement crisis communication frameworks
  • Ensure message consistency and alignment with global standards
  • Define and track PR KPIs: Tier 1 media coverage Share of voice Brand sentiment Audience reach and quality
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to leadership
