The Opportunity We are seeking a PPC Specialist who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about performance marketing. In this role, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Working closely with the PPC Manager, intake team, and external lead vendors, you’ll play a vital role in improving lead quality and campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing or assisting with Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel)
  • Familiarity with landing page testing tools (Unbounce, VWO, etc.) and CRM tracking
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, launching, and managing paid media campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Owns campaign strategy — decides which platforms to use, how to allocate budgets, what KPIs to track.
  • Advises leadership or clients on digital marketing direction.
  • Analyzes data to shape business or marketing decisions (not just reporting metrics).
  • Creates and manages budgets for PPC spend.
  • Conduct keyword research, write engaging ad copy, and align creative with optimized landing pages to drive conversions
  • Support campaign structure development, testing variations (A/B), and applying automation rules to boost performance
  • Track lead flow and monitor the quality of leads across platforms
  • Collaborate with the intake team to identify trends and recommend improvements to lead targeting and ad strategies
  • Support team in prepare weekly and monthly reports showing campaign performance and lead quality metrics
  • Organize and analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel
  • Participate in internal marketing meetings, share ideas, and contribute to team projects or research
  • Support external lead generation partners by coordinating assets, sharing feedback, and tracking lead results
