About The Position

The PPC & Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid media strategies to drive high-quality leads, improve conversion performance, and accelerate revenue growth through data-driven campaign execution. This role requires hands-on experience with HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation
  • Proven track record of improving lead quality while reducing cost-per-lead
  • Strong understanding of paid media best practices, conversion optimization, and landing page performance
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting PPC metrics, HubSpot analytics, and CRM data
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with a collaborative, data-driven approach
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, reporting) – preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B lead gen funnels – preferred
  • Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications – preferred
  • Broader digital marketing or SEO experience – preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels to drive qualified leads
  • Manage full-funnel HubSpot workflows, including campaign setup, tracking, lead routing, and reporting
  • Write compelling ad copy and conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to continuously improve performance
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and make proactive optimizations to reduce CPL and increase ROI
  • Plan and manage advertising budgets, forecasting spend and lead volume based on historical performance and market trends
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, including MQLs, opportunities, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Own and optimize Google Shopping Ads strategy, including product feeds, compliance, and performance
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on data insights
  • Build and optimize HubSpot landing pages, conversion paths, CTAs, and forms to maximize lead generation and conversions
  • Improve user experience and lead capture through continuous optimization and performance analysis
  • Develop and manage lead nurture programs aligned to buyer stages and personas
  • Implement and continuously optimize lead scoring models in HubSpot
  • Ensure accurate lead routing, qualification criteria (MQL/SQL definitions), and CRM hygiene across HubSpot and CallRail
  • Analyze funnel performance to identify and address conversion gaps
  • Work closely with sales to align feedback, lead quality, and conversion improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards with actionable insights and performance trends
  • Ensure accurate attribution through UTMs, tracking, and platform integrations
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, campaign efficiency, and overall marketing performance
