About The Position

In this role, we are seeking a highly motived and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in the Rigid Packaging Solutions North America division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various lead generation strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales, excellent communication skills and a passion for driving growth and meeting goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies such as prospecting campaigns across multiple channels
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn new products and processes
  • Manage and nurture warm leads to build new business relationships while growing the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and KPI’s, providing regular reports to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Use data to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates
  • Educate customers on Amcor products and innovation to create awareness and demand
  • Proactively use CRM tools to drive business results and manage performance
  • Demonstrate a coachable attitude and remain accountable through all key business metrics.
  • Travel of 5-10% to support marketing/tradeshow efforts
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in lead generation and B2B efforts
