Requirements

  • 5+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
  • Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.
  • 3 years of power-washing experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
  • Repair drywall as needed.
  • Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment.
  • Perform precise “cutting in” to ensure clean lines and professional finishes.
  • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
  • Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout Massachusetts based on the maintenance schedule.
  • Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
  • Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.
  • Safely operate gas-powered and electric pressure washing equipment.
  • Understand proper pressure settings for various surfaces, including concrete, brick, metal, wood, siding, and painted surfaces.
  • Identify and prevent damage caused by improper washing techniques.
  • Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, fuel islands, parking areas, dumpster pads, and other high-traffic surfaces.
