Support Polaris Powertrain Development by operating engine dynamometers and related laboratory equipment to develop, validate, and certify powertrain technologies. Work alongside development engineers and other dyno operators on engine builds, instrumentation, testing, troubleshooting, data acquisition, and test-cell maintenance. The role combines hands-on mechanical work with software, controls, and data-analysis responsibilities in a specialized laboratory environment, with ownership of a development test cell that supports future Polaris powertrain products. The position requires working around machinery, engines, moving parts, hazardous chemicals, and elevated noise levels in a professional laboratory environment. It is not eligible for sponsorship. Former Polaris employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing to qualify.
