The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a passion for both mechanics and outdoor recreation, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Requirements

Strong passion for the powersports industry
Formal training, preferably with one of the major metric motorcycle manufacturers and or MMI
Proven dealership experience with their own tools
Must have a “sales and customer service” attitude and aptitude and be able to communicate professionally with customers
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
Required- Valid driver’s license, with motorcycle endorsement plus a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex problems on multiple manufacturer’s products by using latest diagnostic equipment
Complete complex repairs within timelines specified by the manufacturer and dealership.
Perform routine maintenance and assembly of new units
Perform additional functions in the dealership as needed, including but not limited to service writing, parts counter assistance, unit pickup and delivery, and assisting apprentice techs as needed
Attend periodic training in remote locations as well as on-site
Other duties as assigned
