About The Position

Vern Eide Motoplex and Powerhouse is a dynamic and thriving powersports dealership committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. With a rich history spanning several decades, we take pride in our diverse range of products, superior service, and dedication to building lasting relationships with our customers. This Parts and Service Advisor position involves working with customers in a fast-paced parts environment, as well as assisting service advisors. Previous experience preferred. An interest in Powersports is a must!

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Able to maneuver a motorcycle, side by sides, and ATVs safely.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• “Can-do” attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and have a safe driving record.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience preferred.
• An interest in Powersports is a must!
• Strong Customer Service is preferred
• A motorcycle endorsement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in both the service and parts departments
• Greet service customers, listen to their concerns, and help identify their maintenance and repair needs.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Open, update, and close repair orders accurately.
• Communicate service recommendations, estimates, repair status, and expected completion times to customers.
• Follow up with customers and keep them informed throughout the repair process.
• Review completed work with customers and answer questions about repairs and recommended maintenance.
• Assist with internal repair orders and other daily service-department needs.
• Help customers identify and locate the correct parts, accessories, and riding gear.
• Recommend parts and accessories based on each customer’s needs.
• Look up parts, confirm availability, and assist with accurate ordering.
• Help receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
