About The Position
Jones Powersports is looking for an Part-Time Powersports Parts Consultant to join our growing team. This isn’t just a parts counter role—it’s an opportunity to work alongside fellow enthusiasts and help riders get exactly what they need to ride safely, confidently, and often.
Requirements
- Previous parts experience preferred (powersports dealership experience strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of Lightspeed a plus
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or similar equipment
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
- Comfortable using parts lookup systems and basic computer software
- Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Availability on Saturdays required.

- Ride, race, or wrench on bikes yourself
- Familiar with brands like Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, or Polaris

Responsibilities
- Deliver topnotch customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Help customers identify the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more
- Accurately pull, pack, and ship parts orders
- Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Stay up to date on new products, launches, and parts trends in the powersports industry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked parts department
