About The Position

EA Powersports is hiring a Powersports Mechanic to work at their dealership. This role is responsible for keeping the front-line inventory road-ready so families can ride safely. The work is steady, the team is solid, and the job is rewarding. The dealership is a family-run group with high volume sales of bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides.

Requirements

• Powersports/MMI certificate plus 1+ year hands-on, OR 2+ years of related repair experience
• Diagnostic mindset
• Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record
• Vision correctable to 20/20

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides across multiple brands
• Road testing every vehicle before and after repair
• Documenting work on the Reconditioning Checkout Form
• Working closely with the Parts Department to keep jobs moving
