About The Position

The PowerBI Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining LENS California dashboards and required weekly/monthly reporting. This role involves combining Atrezzo activity and outcomes with claims, eligibility, provider, PRISM, and WP2 data. The engineer will report on outreach attempts, member contact, FFS provider connections, provider availability gaps, scheduled appointments, completed follow-up appointments, and members remaining in the outreach cycle. The position requires refining dashboards as DHCS and Gainwell finalize reporting requirements and operational definitions, and maintaining refreshes, validation, security, usability, documentation, and consistent metric definitions through the stabilization period. There is flexibility to scale the contractor’s allocation after the initial dashboard build if reporting volume and change requests stabilize.
