About The Position

Brillio is seeking a Power BI Admin with strong experience in administering Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric. This role requires hands-on knowledge of Fabric workloads including Power BI, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant settings, workspace administration, and capacity governance, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, and role-based access control. A solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and enterprise BI architectures is also essential. This position is located in St Louis MO and follows a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office.

Requirements

• Strong experience administering Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on knowledge of Fabric workloads (Power BI, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Engineering)
• Experience with tenant settings, workspace administration, and capacity governance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, and role-based access control
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and enterprise BI architectures
• 3+ years administering enterprise analytics or BI platforms
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-workspace Power BI environments
• Experience working in a regulated or governance-focused environment

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Azure certifications
• Experience with DevOps, Git integration, or CI/CD for analytics platforms
• Knowledge of data security concepts (sensitivity labels, auditing, compliance)
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
