About The Position
JS Perkins Consulting (JSPC) is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing business process improvements using tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and a solution-driven mindset.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Proven experience developing solutions with: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Proven experience developing solutions with: Power Automate
- Proven experience developing solutions with: Power BI (dashboard creation and data modeling)
- Proven experience developing solutions with: SharePoint Online (site design, document management)
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, MS-600).
- Knowledge and experience with MS Dataverse.
- Experience working in consulting, enterprise environments, or with government clients.
- Ability to perform light business analysis and process mapping.
- Familiarity with compliance and governance best practices in M365 environments.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Build custom business applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Design interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making.
- Develop and manage SharePoint Online sites, including document libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and automate manual tasks.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Stay updated with the clients Microsoft roadmap to proactively recommend new features and enhancements.
