About The Position
The POWER SQUARED Early Career Program is an 18-month rotational program designed to fast-track growth through immersive experiences, hands-on projects, and a robust curriculum tailored to an engineering background. Participants will work alongside industry experts, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to the Grid Integration business. The program aims to turn passion into purpose and potential into performance.
Requirements
- Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Anticipated graduation by May 2026
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning
- Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence
- Must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in United States
Responsibilities
- Rotate through key functions like Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services
- Lead action learning projects that drive real business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand customer needs
- Support proposal development and strategic planning
- Learn the ins and outs of inventory and operations management
- Immerse yourself in sustainability and operational excellence initiatives
- Build leadership skills that amplify your impact across teams
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement
