Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Experience trading in North American wholesale power markets, financial or physical.
- Working knowledge of one or more major markets (e.g., PJM, ERCOT, MISO).
- Comfort working with data.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Strong SQL and Python skills.
Responsibilities
- Trade financial and physical power products in North American power markets.
- Develop and implement trading strategies.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and quants to identify and scale trading edges.
- Travel for training and knowledge sharing.
