About The Position

The Power Station Management Engineer supports engineering coordination and technical execution for utility-scale energy storage projects in the United States. The role works closely with project managers, EPC contractors, and internal engineering teams to support project permitting, interconnection coordination, construction engineering activities, and commissioning preparation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or energy infrastructure projects
Basic understanding of engineering project coordination and construction processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) or renewable energy projects
Experience working with EPC contractors or construction teams
Familiarity with utility interconnection processes
Experience working in large-scale infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

Support engineering planning and coordination for energy storage power station projects.
Track engineering deliverables and ensure alignment with project schedules.
Assist with preparation of documentation required for permitting and regulatory approvals.
Coordinate technical information for interconnection applications and utility communications.
Support on-site engineering coordination during project installation and construction phases.
Assist in resolving technical issues related to equipment installation and system integration.
Maintain engineering documentation, technical drawings, and project records.
Prepare engineering reports and progress updates for project leadership.
Work with internal technical teams and external engineering consultants to support project execution.
