Position Summary The Training Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of training programs supporting Woodyard, Pulp, and Power operations. The position serves as a bridge between leadership, subject matter experts, and the hourly workforce, ensuring workforce readiness, skill development, and compliance.
