About The Position

We are currently looking for a Power Platform Expert to join our high-performing team, passionate about innovation and challenging projects, in an environment that promotes both professional growth and personal fulfillment. As a Power Platform Expert, you will play a key role in designing and developing modern business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. You will transform our clients' business requirements into high-performing, user-friendly applications while taking ownership of the entire solution lifecycle.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including Power Fx and reusable components;
  • Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, including data modeling, role-based security, and calculated columns;
  • Solid experience with Power Automate, including custom connectors and HTTP requests;
  • The ability to accurately interpret and implement UI designs from Figma or similar design tools;
  • Good knowledge of SQL and experience integrating with systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, and REST APIs;
  • Excellent communication skills in French; functional English is considered an asset;
  • A high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, rigor, and a collaborative mindset;
  • A strong results-oriented approach and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients' business needs and recommend appropriate Power Platform solutions;
  • Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Power Apps, including pixel-perfect implementation based on UI mockups (Figma or equivalent);
  • Develop reusable components and maintain a Canvas component library;
  • Leverage Power Fx to implement complex business logic;
  • Build advanced automation workflows with Power Automate, including HTTP and custom connectors;
  • Model and manage data in Dataverse, including tables, relationships, calculated columns, and role-based security;
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as Business Central, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs;
  • Perform testing, manage environments, and oversee deployments using Power Platform ALM pipelines;
  • Produce technical and functional documentation;
  • Support clients throughout solution adoption and provide post-deployment assistance;
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of internal practices.
