About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Power Platform Developer. This is a contract position for 12 months with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC, and 2 days remote. As a Power Platform Developer, you will lead initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation. You will design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot. A key part of the role involves partnering with business stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and AI-enabled enhancements, and gathering business requirements to convert them into scalable technology-enabled solutions. You will also develop executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and business insights to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.

Requirements

Experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
Experience developing automation, workflow, reporting, business intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions and automation capabilities.
Experience working with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, presentations, and business insights.

Responsibilities
