About The Position

Link Solutions is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our team supporting the Defense Health Agency in the Northern Virginia Area. This is a remote position, but local candidates are preferred due to potential occasional onsite work. The Power Platform Developer will support enterprise application development and modernization by designing and delivering solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365. This role is crucial for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance workflows, reporting, and user experience across DHA systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and availability of enterprise applications and automated workflows. Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with five (5+) years of relevant experience or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate required.
  • Experience with systems analysis, application development, and testing required.
  • Experience with data integration, reporting, or analytics solutions required.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance preferred.
  • Experience supporting DoW or Defense Health Agency environments.
  • Experience with Dataverse, Azure data services, or integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise reporting environments.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve workflows and user experience.
  • Deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions using canvas apps, model-driven apps, and integrations.
  • Apply application lifecycle management practices including solutions, pipelines, and environment management.
  • Translate user stories into technical designs, configurations, and test cases.
  • Perform system analysis including design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Support backlog management, release planning, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Build automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Dataverse.
  • Develop secure Dataverse-based applications integrated with Azure and enterprise data sources.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues while supporting system optimization.
  • Collaborate across Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to demonstrate, document, and support adoption of solutions.
