About The Position

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer to support a client project. The Developer will work on a focused, small team to design, develop, integrate, deploy, maintain, and enhance the client’s Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics technologies. The role also includes training and governance support as the client modernizes and migrates business processes to the cloud. The successful candidate will use advanced coding to extend the platform’s native low-code capabilities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least five years of experience creating mid-to-enterprise-level software systems.
• At least three years of experience designing, documenting, and developing web-based and stand-alone software applications with Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform.
• Advanced skills in Dynamics/Power Apps, including model-driven and canvas apps, and Power Automate.
• Intermediate skills in Dataverse/CDS custom plugins, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, PCF Components, and CSS.
• Experience designing and implementing SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Experience integrating Dynamics solutions with Office 365 and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with automated configuration processes and tools such as PowerShell DSC, including installation, administration, coding, and facilitating developer training.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting a DevSecOps environment, including code and binary repositories, continuous integration/delivery, and error tracking.
• Experience producing and grooming Agile product backlogs and interacting with Product Owners.
• Comfort demonstrating work or speaking directly to customers.
• Experience with requirements gathering and analysis.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain and maintain a High Risk Public Trust clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Knowledge of DevOps, especially CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage.
