Booz Allen is seeking an experienced Power Platform Business Analyst & Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of business process solutions—including tools, applications, and dashboards—for federal clients. The role combines business analysis and stakeholder engagement with hands-on Power Platform development. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to gather requirements, document business processes, design solutions, develop applications and automations, and support deployment and adoption. Work to date has included creating and enforcing app permissions based on user roles, using components and themes in formulas, running workflows to send email notifications, standardizing data, and generating finalized PDF documents from PowerApps requests using SharePoint lists as a back end. Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. The position requires completing identity verification during hiring; candidates are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments. Use of AI or other tools to assist with interview responses is prohibited unless explicitly permitted. Booz Allen describes a people-first work culture that prioritizes collaboration. The posting does not specify whether this position is remote, hybrid, or onsite; its work-model descriptions explain that remote employees may occasionally need to work in person, hybrid employees work at a Booz Allen or customer facility as directed, and onsite employees work primarily full-time at a customer facility.
