About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced Power Platform Business Analyst & Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of business process solutions—including tools, apps, and dashboards—for federal clients. The role combines business analysis and stakeholder engagement with hands-on Power Platform development. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to gather requirements, document business processes, design solutions, develop applications and automations, and support deployment and adoption. Work to date has included creating and enforcing app permissions based on user roles, using components and themes identified in formulas, running workflows to send email notifications, standardizing data, and creating finalized PDF documents from requests built in Power Apps using SharePoint lists as a back end. Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Candidates must complete identity verification as part of hiring, and are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments. Use of AI or other tools to assist with interview responses is prohibited unless explicitly permitted. Employees working virtually are generally expected to have cameras on during meetings. Remote work may occasionally require in-person attendance at a Booz Allen or customer facility; hybrid work requires facility attendance in line with leadership expectations and role needs; onsite work is primarily performed full-time at a customer facility.
