About The Position

We are looking for a techno-functional SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Dataverse/MDA/Canvas Apps) consultant who looks to move toward delivery leadership while maintaining a strong technical foundation. The incumbent is comfortable engaging directly with clients on requirements, translating business needs into well-structured solutions, and seeing work through from design to execution. They work effectively within a delivery ecosystem alongside peers and management.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including site creation and solution design
  • Proven experience building business solutions on top of SharePoint Online
  • Solid experience with the Power Platform, specifically Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, including table relationships and data structures within Dataverse
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements directly from clients and convert them into working solutions
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks proactively, and take full ownership of deliverables
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing end-to-end business solutions across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
  • Background working in client-facing consulting or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with governance, security, and best practices within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver SharePoint and Power Platform - based business solutions tailored to client needs
  • Create and configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and information architecture using best practices
  • Design and implement Dataverse data models, including data relationship mapping and schema design
  • Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate to support business processes
  • Lead client requirements intake independently, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical solutions
  • Own assigned workstreams end to end, ensuring tasks are tracked, progressed, and delivered without dependency on others
  • Capable of working alongside peers and guiding junior staff to complete project tasks
  • Clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure solutions are well-structured, sustainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
