About The Position

Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Operations Manager at our location in our Syracuse, NY location. This role is responsible for managing department profitability, overseeing technician performance and training, maintaining customer satisfaction, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with other departments to drive overall branch success.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations or service management, preferably in the power generation industry
• Strong financial, leadership, and customer service skills
• Experience with repair order workflows and warranty claim processes
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage department profitability through labor utilization, cost control, and financial analysis
• Oversee technician performance, staffing levels, and training
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for parts and services
• Oversee administrative functions including work orders, billing, and warranty claims
• Ensure compliance with company policies and power generation service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to drive overall branch success
