About The Position

The Project Manager position is part of Caterpillar’s Oil, Gas and Marine organization and offers the opportunity to lead the development and execution of large-scale natural gas power generation projects utilizing Caterpillar’s 10 MW G20CM34 generator sets for a wide range of customer applications, including data centers, utilities, large commercial and industrial customers, and oilfield production power. The Project Manager responsibilities cover all commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of the project including planning, design, procurement, assembly, test, shipment, and commissioning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS) or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
Cross-functional project or program management experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
International travel experience

Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate project processes and procedures for all teams executing a specific power plant project
Serve as a liaison across project teams, translating objectives into program milestones and execution practices
Plan and monitor program delivery to ensure quality standards and performance goals are met
Manage all aspects of the program to ensure projects are delivered, accepted, and completed within established timelines
