Job Description Leads a team of Power Generation personnel and performs the duties of subordinate personnel. Leads and coordinates personnel that maintain power generators including troubleshooting, repair, installation and maintenance. Executes assigned scope of work in compliance with contract requirements, safety and quality standards, equipment specifications, schedules and cost control estimates. Ensures proper utilization of electronic work order system, equipment service and maintenance data, and related documentation requirements. Communicates project status, issues and requirements with site management and other functional leaders as appropriate. Establishes and maintains a safety culture on the project, ensuring that all personnel adhere to company safety requirements at all times. Ensures that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements. May provide data to Automated Information Systems (AIS). Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of four (4) years related experience
  • Requires the technical skills, job knowledge and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
  • To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
  • Journeyman level certification or equivalent required
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
