About The Position

HDR is seeking Power Delivery Project Engineers to lead electric utility projects across Hawaii and support a more resilient and sustainable energy future. The role offers end-to-end project ownership, direct work with clients and utilities, and the opportunity to address challenges associated with islanded power systems. The work has a visible impact on the communities served and offers opportunities to grow into broader leadership responsibilities. The engineer will guide overhead and underground design from planning through construction and own project scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
