Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (Preferably on Power BI)
  • Good learning attitude and willingness to troubleshoot and navigate different technical challenges and issues faced by Power BI users
  • Good understanding of Power BI Administrative functions including Licenses, capacity, Gateway and Power BI service
  • Good understanding of data analysis and visualization principles and proficiency in Power BI
  • Experience in Power BI to create reports and dashboards, perform data exploration and manage semantic models
  • Power BI data modeling concepts and be able to create effective and optimized data models
  • Proficiency of SQL and DAX for creating custom calculations in Power BI
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficient in Power Query to implement ETL process in Power BI
  • Good understanding of Fabric and how Power BI fits into that ecosystem
  • Experience in Performance tuning techniques from report/data model level
  • Experience working in Analytics projects with strong analytical skills and clear understanding of data warehousing concepts
  • Must be organized, detail oriented
