About The Position

The primary focus is to help organizations design, develop, and optimize their data infrastructure and systems. They help organizations enhance data processes, and leverage data effectively to drive business outcomes. For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $80420 to $106050 for a full-time position. This range covers base pay only; we will discuss any bonuses, incentives, and benefits during the hiring process. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors – like your experience, skills, and qualifications – in line with our fair pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies to this role, we will share the relevant pay scale details with you. Note: We never ask about your current or past salary during our recruitment process.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (advanced SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, views/tables management)
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with experience in container orchestration using EKS/AKS, supporting scalable data and API-driven architectures

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights
• Develop and integrate APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems and support reporting needs
• Build and maintain optimized data models (star schema, semantic layers) for scalable reporting
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data from Snowflake and other sources
• Optimize report performance using DAX, query tuning, and efficient data refresh strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust reporting solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across all reporting and analytics assets
