About The Position
The Power BI Developer / Analytics Translator bridges the gap between business questions and analytics delivery. This role accelerates dashboard development, improves adoption, and significantly reduces ad-hoc demand on senior analytics staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years experience in BI or analytics
- Strong Power BI visualization skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Business-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Gather analytics requirements from business users
- Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports
- Translate business questions into visual analytics solutions
- Support KPI definition and documentation
- Conduct user training and enablement sessions
- Provide Tier-1 analytics support and office hours
- Create dashboard documentation and user guides
