About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in how data is used to support quality operations, inform compliance activities, and drive operational improvements. You will work cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders and have visibility into critical quality processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles
  • Strong experience developing dashboards using Power BI and related Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Query, Excel)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with data in regulated or highly controlled environments preferred
  • Familiarity with additional visualization or analytics platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support quality and operational decision-making
  • Build and manage datasets that enable accurate tracking of KPIs and performance trends
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and automation across reporting workflows
  • Partner with quality, compliance, and operational teams to support reporting needs tied to audits and issue management
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort through automation and optimized data pipelines
  • Review data outputs for accuracy, investigate anomalies, and ensure alignment with internal procedures
  • Provide reporting support in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment
