The Power Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of automation processes, data integration techniques, and system architecture, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Strong understanding of workflow automation principles and best practices.
Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Power Platform administration and governance.
Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Familiarity with security models and role-based access control within Power Platform.
Ability to manage and optimize Power Platform environments and resources.
Strong understanding of data integration and migration within Power Platform.

Nice To Haves

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Automate workflows to ensure optimal performance.
Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party services.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power Automate functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Automate and related technologies.
Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Implement and enforce security measures and data loss prevention policies within the Power Platform.
Monitor and analyze usage metrics to optimize performance and resource allocation.
Develop reusable components and templates to streamline development processes.
