About The Position

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, supporting a multi-brand organization including Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, Flatline Van Co., and Rago Fabrication. We are seeking a Powder Coater to join our team in a fully air-conditioned facility, where you will craft innovative off-road truck parts. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of powder coating experience required
• Reliable transportation; must comply with attendance policy

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment
• Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, protractor)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
• Self-motivated and responsive to production requirements
• Team player who puts the group's success first
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Move sandblasted parts into the paint booth
• Remove debris from parts using an air hose
• Coat parts using approved procedures per specifications
• Ensure strict quality standards are met on every part
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly
