About The Position
We are a growing manufacturing company in Tualatin looking for an experienced, highly skilled Powder Coater who takes pride in doing exceptional work. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who knows how to spray, understands how to produce a high-quality finish consistently, and knows how to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. If you are one of the best at what you do, we are willing to pay for performance. In addition to competitive base pay, this position offers production-based bonuses with total earning potential of up to $50 per hour.

- Professional powder coating and spray experience
- Can consistently produce excellent finishes
- Understands how to balance speed, quality, and efficiency

Responsibilities
- Applying powder coating to metal parts and products with consistent, high-quality results
- Properly preparing, spraying, coating, and finishing parts
- Setting up and adjusting powder coating equipment for different jobs and specifications
- Monitoring coating thickness, coverage, appearance, and overall finish quality
- Identifying and correcting coating defects or quality issues
- Maintaining an efficient production pace while meeting quality expectations
- Reducing rework, waste, and unnecessary downtime
- Keeping equipment and the work area clean, organized, and ready for production
- Following all safety procedures and shop standards
- Helping set the standard for quality, productivity, and accountability within the team
