We are seeking a Powder Coater / Powder Coating Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying powder coating finishes to metal parts, ensuring a durable, high-quality finish that meets production and industry standards.

This position requires attention to detail, comfort working in a fast-paced production environment, and familiarity with coating or industrial finishing processes (training may be available for strong candidates).

Requirements

• Experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing
• Familiarity with production or manufacturing environments
• Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating evenly and accurately to metal components
• Prepare, mask, clean, and hang parts for coating
• Maintain consistent finish quality and durability standards
• Perform quality control inspections on finished parts
• Clean spray booths and coating equipment daily
• Perform routine maintenance on powder coating systems and spray guns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production workspace
• Lift and handle materials as required for production flow
• Support general manufacturing and production operations
• Work independently and as part of a production team
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
