About The Position

This role involves painting and powder coating operations to prepare components and sub-assemblies for a variety of products. The position requires attention to detail in applying coatings, setting equipment, and ensuring the quality of one's own work and work area. The individual will contribute to operational excellence through teamwork, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, safety programs, and cost reduction, while also meeting production schedules and overtime requirements.

Requirements

High School or GED
One (1) Year Manufacturing Experience
Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs throughout shift

Responsibilities

Paints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components that may include sub-assemblies and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products
Unloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed parts
Applies painting and/or powder process in accordance with product specifications
Sets paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances, color and feed rate
Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area
