About The Position

This role involves painting and using powder operations to prepare components, sub-assemblies, and related parts for a variety of products. The Powder Coater I will unload parts, inspect completed parts, apply paint/powder according to specifications, and set up paint/powder equipment. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean work area, ensuring quality of work, and contributing to operational excellence through teamwork, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and safety programs. The position requires meeting work schedules, including overtime and weekends, and the ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs.

Requirements

Preferred High School or GED
Preferred Manufacturing Experience

Responsibilities

Paints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components that may include sub-assemblies and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products
Unloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed parts
Applies painting and/or powder process in accordance with product specifications
Sets paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances, color and feed rate
Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area
