About The Position

The Powder Coat Unloader is responsible for the quality of product before final shipment and for safely and efficiently packaging finished goods to minimize damage and ensure accurate, complete shipments that meet customer requirements. The role supports continuous improvement and company goals, contributes to team building, provides feedback to the team, related departments, and supervisor, and promotes a positive work environment. The employee must follow Porter Corp's procedures and policies, stay customer focused, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of product packaging methods to ensure safe and secure shipments that meet customer requirements.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Openness to new ideas and concepts.
• Very good problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
