About The Position
Support the Paint Line Team by applying quality powder coating and batch painting while assisting with material handling, job kitting, and production support as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn multiple functions.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of Forklift experience strongly preferred
- Manufacturing, painting, or powder coating experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate paint line and spray equipment.
- Set paint pressure and monitor coating quality.
- Hang, inspect, and touch up parts.
- Mix paint and maintain paint equipment.
- Apply coatings to tanks and other manufactured products.
- Support material handling, staging, and job kitting activities.
- Deliver materials to production areas and assist with workflow needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
