About The Position

This role supports the Paint Line Team by applying quality powder coating and batch painting. Responsibilities include assisting with material handling, job kitting, and production support as needed. The primary shift is Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM, with a training shift of Tuesday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM. The pay is $19.50/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential. Candidates must be able to train on the day shift.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn multiple functions.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, painting, or powder coating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint line and spray equipment.
• Set paint pressure and monitor coating quality.
• Hang, inspect, and touch up parts.
• Mix paint and maintain paint equipment.
• Apply coatings to tanks and other manufactured products.
• Support material handling, staging, and job kitting activities.
• Deliver materials to production areas and assist with workflow needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
