About The Position

Precision Manufacturing is looking for a dependable person to operate our powder-coating line in Brooten. This is a full-time, day-shift position paying $20–$30 per hour based on experience and ability. Powder-coating or industrial finishing experience.

Responsibilities

Operating our continuous overhead hook line and integrated batch powder-coating system.
Washing and preparing parts.
Hanging parts.
Masking and plugging holes.
Applying powder.
Removing finished parts.
Checking coating quality.
Keeping the line moving efficiently.
Stocking completed parts in the correct locations.
Maintaining accurate inventory while parts are being stocked.
Assisting in other areas of the shop when powder-coating work is caught up, which may include general labor, shipping, palletizing equipment and parts, organizing materials, and helping wherever needed to keep production moving.
