About The Position
RIE Coatings is seeking a dependable Paint & Powder Coat Operator to join our production team. You'll prepare, paint, and powder coat various parts while ensuring they meet our high quality standards. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We'll provide on-the-job training for candidates with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or paint experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare parts by cleaning, masking, sanding, and racking
- Apply liquid paint and powder coat using spray equipment
- Operate curing ovens and inspect finished parts for quality
- Mix paints and powders according to specifications
- Perform touch-ups as needed
- Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Complete production paperwork accurately
