About The Position

This role involves conducting Quality Assurance (QA) audits to ensure Company standards and product integrity are maintained. The QA Tech will work closely with management to resolve quality or production issues, evaluate and take corrective action regarding labeling and product movement, and assist in educating team members. This position also serves as a source for critical quality issues and involves performing HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• HACCP certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Previous quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits, ensuring Company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved.
• Work closely with management to resolve any quality or production issues.
• Evaluate and take corrective action regarding labeling and product movement.
• Assist in the education and instruction of team members throughout the facility.
• Act as source of critical quality issues.
• Perform HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits.
• All other relevant duties to the position.
